Vítor Santos Reis works alongside clients across public law, regulatory, and litigation matters, with a particular focus on innovation-driven and regulated sectors, including technology, environment, and financial markets.
His work often involves helping clients navigate novel legal and regulatory questions arising from emerging business models, evolving compliance frameworks, and sectors undergoing legal, technological, and market transformation.
Vítor holds a law degree from the University of Coimbra, has completed the taught component of a Master’s in Global Financial and Economic Law at the University of Lisbon, and undertook advanced postgraduate study in Securities Law. His research-based approach is also reflected in his published chapter on artificial intelligence and legal method, which explores risk and decision paths in law.
