Miguel is experienced in disciplinary proceedings, lawsuits arising from employment contracts, collective dismissals, as well as in drafting and negotiating employment agreements, including in new forms of work.
Prior to joining Gama Glória, Miguel was an associate employment lawyer at DLA Piper.
Miguel holds a JD (University of Coimbra ’15), and a Master´s in Labor Law (University of Coimbra ’17).
