Luana helps advance the firm’s work in employment law, contributing to research, drafting, and case preparation.
Her experience so far has included supporting advisory and litigation teams on matters such as employment contracts, workplace policies, and restructuring processes. She is building transversal skills across labor relations and compliance, with particular interest in how employment frameworks adapt to new forms of work.
Luana holds a law degree from the University of Lisbon’s Faculty of Law (2023) and a Master’s in Litigation Law with specialization in Labor Law (2026) from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
