Prior to joining Gama Glória, Isa served as an advisor to the Minister of the Environment and Climate Action, where she took part in policy and lawmaking procedures.
Isa holds a JD (University of Coimbra ’15) and attended the post-graduation in Human Rights (Human Rights Center, University of Coimbra ‘16).
